General Post COVID-19 protocols

The health and wellness of our guests and team is the most important for us. For this reason, based on the protocols dictated by the WHO and the mexican government, we created the following cleanliness program, which includes essential security measures of our new normality on the property

Wellness is our priority, that’s why we take out different actions to guarantee the safety of all our guests and work partner

For the team worker
  • Training and apply of safety and hygiene protocols
  • Save phisyc distance of at least 2 feet between people
  • Taking body temperature for all employees upon arrival and departure
  • Automatic antibacterial gel dispensers located at strategical points
  • Sanitizing mats in access areas and considerable contact
  • Hand washing at least every hour, for a minimum period of 20 seconds
  • Personal protection with WHO authorized equipment
For our guest
  • We’ll take the body temperature of each guest
  • We’ll ask you to use the sanitizing mat, wash your hands and use the antibacterial gel
  • All piece of baggage will be sanitized upon arrival and exit from the property
  • All information regarding post-COVID hygiene and safety protocols will be shared
  • We sanitize all contact points before registration and after your exit
  • To each guest we will provide a personal protection kit upon request, (gloves, gel, mask, wet towels)
Health of guests and collaborators
  • All co-worker will be trained to notify any suspected case of COVID-19, likewise, we will guide our guests on the procedure to inform our staff in case of presenting symptoms. We will have a medical service if a medical evaluation is necessary.
  • If symptoms or suspicious case are positive, the patient will be referred to the hospital and the patient will be followed up. The suite where this guest is located will be blocked for the deep sanitation process and the release of any bacteria.
Cleaning and sanitizing common areas

We only use cleaning and chemical products authorized by EPA and WHO

  • Transportation: our vehicles will be constantly sanitized with nebulizer after each use
  • Public areas: We’ll increase the frequency of cleaning in common areas, with special attention to surfaces, such as doors, handrails, tables, desks, benches, armchairs, waiting room, garbage containers, etc. Our pools will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized every day, as well as the loungers and linings of the same
  • Housekeeper: All work equipment will be sanitized at the beginning and end of use, including carts, service tables, etc. There will be a detailed sanitization of contact points in the suites, such as desks, tv furniture, tables, chairs, remote controls, thermostats, bathroom furniture, mirrors, doors, windows, handles, switches, telephone and floor. All the products in the minibar will be replaced by products previously sanitized at the end of each guest’s stay, as well as the air conditioning will be sanitized with UV lus.
